I do not like how the image is underneath the text it looks unprofessional and ammeter. It is also going to look too busy with all of the text in two columns and will not be in order because of the different lengths of the dates.
Here I am playing with the texture of the map overlaying the text. It looked better than above however I still don't think it looks very deluxe.
